ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
The non-profit sector in India has been growing consistently over the past decade. However, with growth come new challenges, which need to be addressed to ensure the efficient functioning and delivery of the non-profits.
Some of the biggest challenges that NGOs face today are capacity building and organisation development, establishing trust and accountability with external stakeholders and keeping abreast with evolving donor expectations.
Working with the social sector for over a decade helped us realise that capacity building is an on-going process, requiring patience, persistence, and strategic effort. We work with NGO decision makers, donors, government agencies and beneficiaries on various realms of projects, resulting in developing a sustainable model for them as well as effective use of grants for effective NGO functioning.
Managing Support Functions
Diversis Foundation supports NGOs with technology, communications services, and mechanisms for good governance. Donors appreciate and even expect data-based programme management and monitoring. Our technology offering brings MIS infrastructure to NGOs, Technical Trainings, AI and Data Science capabilities and helps them to upgrade them in changing landscape.
Alongside capacity and technology, it is important for NGOs – especially the smaller ones to gain visibility. Branding and marketing communications play an important role in establishing NGO credibility, raising awareness and building beneficial relationships with donors.
Education
Education today is no longer a luxury but a necessity in life. We have a dedicated section in our NGO to provide quality education to economically challanged students in Delhi/NCR area. None can deny the essentials of a well-read educated person. But with the unaffordable school fees, it often slips out from the grips of those who are economically weak. Diversis Foundation provides aid and assistance to the families and children who are financially struggling to make ends meet. The NGO strives towards the betterment of the Indian Education System holistically. There are various projects undertaken for this effect. The main projects are “Robotronix”, “IBuildTech”, “Free Computer Classes”, “Shubahankari”.
We at Diversis make consistent efforts to reach a new apex of uplifting the underprivileged community. Our presence and interaction with local communities has helped us in understanding the realities on ground. Diversis Foundation believes that providing technical education at an introductry level is a game changer and can uplift the entire generation out of poverty.
Social Well Being
As a responisble citizen of this country, it is imperative on us to give back to society when we can do so. As privileged citizens of India, we owe and are dutiful for taking care of those in need around as and raise awareness for social well being of our society.
The unit at Diversis Foundation works round the clock to enhance the overall living standards of the underprivileged community. To this accord, we undertake various projects and tasks at regular intervals for sustainable development. Our Yoga and Meditation program “Shubhamkari” is a testament to this. Alongside, year around Diversis also organises social programs on various occasions and national holidays celeberating as well as raising awareness via various ground campaigns.
Environment
Saving the environment is of utmost importance as it ensures the well-being of our planet and future generations. Diversis Foundation recognizes the critical role of environmental conservation in sustaining life on Earth. By promoting eco-friendly practices, we can reduce pollution and preserve natural resources for a more sustainable future.
Protecting the environment also safeguards biodiversity, ensuring the survival of various species and maintaining ecological balance. Moreover, a healthy environment positively impacts human health, providing clean air, water, and a thriving ecosystem. Diversis Foundation is committed to raising awareness and implementing initiatives that prioritize the preservation of our environment for a greener and brighter tomorrow. From time to time we celebrate environment friendly practices at Diversis as well as Social Awareness campaigns amongst society for a healthier, greener society.
Health
In a country as big as ours, the poor health standards of the people are nothing but a curse. It is essential to work in this accord situation by fulfilling the very basic healthcare needs of the mass. Also, it is paramount to ensure the developmental projects that the health and hygiene aspect covers include as many people as possible.
Diversis Foundation was launched with the aim of not just improving but continuously working on uplifting the health sector of underprivileged communities. We intend to take projects that raise awareness on physical and mental health issues pertaining to Girl Child, Students, Women.
